Their interactive choices at this point, guided by a Gift Officer’s knowledge of them, help the donor see your project’s vision, and find areas that interest them, and choose to support it.

After a donor or Gift Officer selects a floor, the floor plan reveals many naming opportunities to support. Using our exclusive hover/reveal method, as they move their mouse over each naming opportunity, a reveal panel appears providing information about this gift. Using our method, we can showcase and reveal hundreds of beautifully illustrated gifts on the floor plans in just minutes. This feature is what makes us very unique, and creates a slick, quick, fun and engaging user experience for a Donor. There is no tedious click open / click close of naming opportunities, which occurs with other applications.

We also offer an elegant, branded HTML Follow Up / Thank You email system. This feature completes the visit, thanks the donor for their time, and also provides a great reminder follow up email. It also allows senior leadership to see who’s contacting who with what naming opportunities. This is a powerful automated feature. In addition to the thank you message, the database dynamically adds a picture of the room, the description, the gift amount and the Gift officer’s contact. They just enter the donor’s name and email address and hit submit. We have a great set of reporting tools that will show you, at a glance with a progress bar, the progress your team is making towards the Capital Campaign goal, floor by floor, all exportable in a CSV file. This is great for Senior Leadership and the Advancement Team to see at a glance how they are doing towards the Campaign goal and also what areas could use more focus. You can also generate CSV downloads on other activity in the application. We also are interested in discussing API, connections to your donor software if you are interested in that.

We allow as many administrators as you’d like to have use the system.
